A glimpse into a day with us at Royal Ascot!
Our private area is located in the Windsor enclosure near the East entrance/exit, and Windsor Box Office. This is also the entrance/exit closest to the Coach park. Guests are free to leave VIP anytime to roam the entire Windsor enclosure and trackside. Alternatively, watch races from the comfort of your chair.
Seating in the area will be allocated by our team on arrival with 6 people per table.
If you are in a group less than 6, you will be seated with other guests to fill the table.
For groups over 6, where possible we will pre allocate area’s for you with tables near each other. We will complete that allocation when you arrive, in order to allow our team the flexibility to adjust seating allocations on the fly where necessary.
All three days feature a powerhouse lineup of the hottest DJs the UK has to offer, bringing nothing but elite vibes from the moment you board the coach. Expect feel-good anthems, old-school classics, and the latest party-starting hits to keep the atmosphere electric from midday to sunset and beyond!

Start the day in style with a relaxed breakfast stop at the Hilton Hotel (or a similar premium venue), where you’ll enjoy a classic full English breakfast to fuel the celebrations ahead.
Think freshly cooked egg, crispy bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, mushrooms and all the traditional trimmings, served in comfortable, elegant surroundings.
It’s the perfect chance to gather your group, enjoy a hot drink, soak up the anticipation, and ease into the day before heading on to the excitement and glamour of Royal Ascot.
The experience begins from the moment you step on board. Our coaches become the first party of the day, complimentary drinks flowing, feel-good music setting the tone, and a lively, social atmosphere to have you in the mood long before we reach Ascot.
Expect classic anthems, sing-alongs, laughter and curated icebreakers to spark conversations, connect groups and turn strangers into friends.

Complimentary drinks will be served in the morning at the following points on each day:
• During the coach journey to the Hilton Hotel (or breakfast location)
• During the coach journey to Royal Ascot

Once inside the Windsor Enclosure, we are unable to provide any further drinks. You can bring along a picnic and complimentary bottle of sparkling wine/champagne, or purchase from numerous hospitality outlets within the enclosure.
We’d like everyone to enjoy the full experience from start to finish, so please pace yourself and drink responsibly so you’re feeling great all day long. Bottles of water will be available throughout.

In the Windsor Enclosure picnics are allowed. However, they must be brought to the racecourse in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box.
Alcohol allowance
In the Windsor Enclosure each customer is permitted to bring with them 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne per person to accompany their picnic. No other type of alcoholic drink will be permitted into the racecourse grounds and all picnics will be searched on entry. Please note that soft drinks will only be permitted into the enclosure with seals intact.

Pay a deposit
👉Our website allows you to place a deposit (approximately £40) followed by easy to manage instalments over two months.
The deposit is non refundable
The deposit (or 20% of your booking) is non refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If you’ve paid in full, then the instalment dates will be applied to your booking to calculate your deposit amount. (Usually deposit 20% / Instalment 1 1st Feb 40% / Instalment 2 1st Mar 40%)
Refund on remaining payments
80% of the remaining paid is refundable if you cancel before 2nd Feb, 40% of remaining refundable if you cancel before 2nd March. 0% refundable after 3rd March.
Deposits cannot be transferred within a booking if one person in your party is unable to attend.
We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance in case you’re unable to attend due to sickness or other reason. Your insurance company will be able to refund you in full – we wont be able to unfortunately.
