How

Simply arrive with your name and Photo ID to match (Don’t bring the original – a photo on your phone is fine)

There will be no scheduled daily cleaning or room service during the event.

Spooner meals Food truck is outside the hotel for all your food requirements. The hotel bar is open throughout.

We’ve done our best (and then some) to ensure we keep groups on the same floor, and where physically possible, next to each other.

There are some physical limits that mean this might not be possible in all cases. We appreciate your understanding if you’re a little further from your group.

Rooms do not have individual irons. Instead, all hotel irons will be located in a dedicated ‘Ironing room’ P3 on the ground floor. 

Out of the lift turn left, and follow round.

Can’t go a day without the gym? No worries – Head down to the ground floor, turn left out of the lift and follow round to the stairs leading up to the gym.

You are free to have drinks in your room, but personal drinks are not allowed on the ground floor or public area’s at any time. 

Yes! We are located minutes away from countless high street shops available for all your last minute retail requirements.

The hotel has 206 rooms across 6 floors, all accessible from two lifts.

All daytime experiences and parties take place across the ground floor. Our NYE Prom party layout is highlighted on the floor plan below.
